Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.
If you provide me with the personal data of third parties (sending something as gift), you shall be responsible for having informed them and obtained their consent for using their personal information.
How I protect your Information
To maintain the accuracy of the personal data I collect and process, to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the lawful use of your information, I have both implemented appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I will use your personal data to manage your purchase by processing your orders and returns. I will also use your data in order to handle complaints and warranty matters for products.
The processing of your personal data is necessary to deliver the order to you.

I store your data as long as Etsy makes them available on the Seller Platform.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances. Such partners are logistics, delivery and delivery service providers, customer service providers, financial organisations, anti-fraud organisations, technology providers.

Please note! Always measure your furniture before you buy our decals, because IKEA furniture sizes may varies. If you need some size correction, please contact us for a custom order.
- large decals goes in shipping tube by DHL EXPRESS (delivery time is 3-5 business days) - please see our image about it among the listing pictures.
- little packages goes in envelope by standard tracked airmail (shipping delays may happen - delivery time could be 14 - 60 days)
PLEASE NOTE: to Australia and UK we use standard, tracked postal services for every order (except KURA bed decals) and delivery time could be 2-6 weeks.
Roll out your stickers (which arrived in a tube) and store it in a dry place protected from sunlight before use.
The surface of your furniture or wall must be dry, free of dust and grease. Wait at least 3 weeks for a freshly painted surface. We do not recommend to use the decals on walls painted with latex.
❗Do NOT use any dust remover/rubbing alcohol/cleaner on the furniture's surface, because the decals won't stick.
❗Wipe clean only using a dry (or damp) cloth.
STICKEA decals are pre-trimmed so you can remove the elements one by one from the decal paper. Gently and slowly remove the stickers from the paper starting from one corner.
Align the corners of the sticker with the two corners of the furniture, and then, when the stitching is accurate, peel and stick your decal.
Rub them gently with your hands or a clean cloths and expand the air bubbles if they are any.
STICKEA decals are easily removable to correct any inaccuracies when applying. The decals will stick harder after a few days. If you remove them afterwards, the stickers may be damaged and no further adhesion is guaranteed. We are not aware of the condition of your furniture and wall surfaces, so we do not accept any liability for any damage caused by removing the sticker.
Please note: after installation, we are unable to deal with any complaints.
1. Clean the surface and let it dry.
2. Use a credit card to rub and smooth the transfer paper to the decal properly.
3. Carefully peel off the backing layer from the decal. (Only the vinyl and the clean transfer paper should remain).
4. Place the vinyl to the surface. Use a cloth (or your hand) to smooth it again.
5. Now remove the transfer layer by peeling it off carefully.
